Free Educational Hosting – Terms & Conditions
By signing up for PyNoxi's Educational Hosting services—comprising the Beginner Plan (Free for Lifetime) and the Starter Plan (₹19/month)—you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms define the scope, responsibilities, and restrictions associated with our entry-level hosting services intended exclusively for educational and personal development purposes.
1. Purpose of Service
The Educational Hosting offerings are designed to support students, early-stage developers, and learners by providing affordable or free access to web hosting infrastructure. These services must only be used for legitimate educational purposes, personal learning, or academic experimentation.
The Beginner Plan is strictly non-commercial and resource-limited, whereas the Starter Plan offers minimal-cost access with more flexibility for personal growth and learning.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients are expected to use the service responsibly. The hosting plans must not be used for any content, project, or application that violates applicable laws or PyNoxi’s internal compliance standards.
Permitted usage includes:
Academic websites, personal learning projects, student portfolios, educational blogs, open-source experiments, and low-resource CMS-based platforms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Hosting of pirated, cracked, or nulled software
• Any form of pornography or adult content
• Phishing, scamming, or deceptive practices
• Cryptocurrency mining or automated bot deployment
• Distribution of copyrighted files without valid licensing
• Running proxy/VPN networks or tunneling services
• Hosting of game servers, streaming services, or real-time data broadcasting platforms
• Email spamming, unsolicited mail delivery, or use of mailers
• Any content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
Violations will result in immediate termination, without prior notice or refund eligibility.
3. Resource Limitations & Fair Usage
The Beginner Plan is limited to a single domain or application per user.
All accounts under Educational Hosting are subject to strict resource caps on storage, CPU, bandwidth, and concurrent processes. Abuse or abnormal usage may lead to automatic suspension or throttling. Shared accounts or multiple signups from the same individual or network will not be tolerated.
The hosting infrastructure is shared. Users must ensure their applications do not impact system stability or consume disproportionate resources.
4. User Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for maintaining the security and legality of the files, scripts, and content hosted on their account.
• Users must keep all CMS, plugins, and dependencies up to date.
• Any compromise due to outdated software or poor security practices will be treated as negligence.
• In case of abuse complaints, clients must respond within 24 hours to avoid account suspension.
5. Backup & Data Management
We do not offer backup on educational plans, users are solely responsible for their data. Clients are expected to maintain personal backups of all critical files and databases. Data loss due to account termination, abuse, or misuse is not covered by PyNoxi.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only to paid plans under specific conditions as outlined in our official refund policy. The free Beginner Plan is offered "as-is" and is not eligible for any refund or financial compensation.

7. Suspension & Termination
PyNoxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the event of:
• Violation of these terms
• Misuse of resources or deliberate abuse
• Detection of malware or malicious behavior
• Repeated complaints or policy violations
Termination decisions are final and non-negotiable in abuse-related cases.
8. Agreement Acknowledgement
By using our Educational Hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also accept that PyNoxi may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
